1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and utilizing the Future Ready Schools Nigeria (FRSN) platform, digital health checks, resources, or engaging with our strategic initiatives, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. FRSN is an initiative designed, powered, and managed by DominionAI Tech Services Ltd (RC: 8759563).

If you are accepting these terms on behalf of an educational institution or corporate entity, you represent that you hold the legal authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Nature of the Initiative

FRSN serves as a digital transformation catalyst and advisory platform for private schools in Nigeria. The insights, diagnostic scores, and transformation roadmaps provided are for strategic guidance. Implementation of specific technological infrastructures, software systems, or architectural upgrades recommended by FRSN will require separate agreements and formal commercial engagement with DominionAI Tech Services Ltd.

3. User Obligations & Accuracy

• Accurate Information: To receive precise diagnostic results and strategic recommendations, you agree to provide current, accurate, and complete information regarding your institution during any assessment or intake process.
• Lawful Use: You agree to use the platform in compliance with all applicable local, state, and national laws in Nigeria. You must not use the platform for fraudulent purposes or to distribute malicious code.
• Account Security: If provided with user credentials or unique access links to diagnostic reports, you are responsible for maintaining their confidentiality.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the FRSN platform, including text, diagnostic frameworks, scoring algorithms, software code, graphics, branding, and aggregated reports, is the exclusive intellectual property of DominionAI Tech Services Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from this content without explicit written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide highly accurate strategic assessments, DominionAI Tech Services Ltd provides the FRSN platform on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by Nigerian law, DominionAI Tech Services Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages—including loss of profits, data, or operational continuity—arising from your reliance on the diagnostic reports, recommendations, or inability to access the platform.

6. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will indicate the date of the most recent modifications at the top of this page. Continued use of the FRSN platform following any updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the FRSN platform shall attempt to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Ilorin, Kwara State, or Abuja, FCT.
